Our Head Chef and Owner, *Mr. Hitesh Kumar, holds a degree in **Hotel Management, Catering, Tourism and Technology* from India and brings years of professional hospitality experience. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of India’s leading five-star hotel brands, including *The Oberoi Shimla, **The Westin Gurgaon, and **DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon*. His experience, passion and attention to detail are reflected in every dish we serve.
